Raise Your Vibration – Guide for Beginners – Top 5 Tips

Raise your vibration! If you’ve ever felt that something wasn’t quite right in life, but couldn’t put your finger on it… then vibrational shift is for you. Vibrational shifts are a natural part of our lives and the universe’s way of nudging us to grow and evolve. But what does it mean when we say “raise your vibration”? In this guide, we’ll cover vibrational shift basics: what they are, how they work, why they happen, and how to raise your vibration so that you can create more peace in every area of life.

What are Vibrational Shifts?

Vibrational shift is not an abrupt change in vibrational frequency, it is more like going up or down stairs… you take one step at a time until your vibrational frequency reaches its desired height.

Why do Vibrational Shifts happen?

There are many reasons why we experience a vibrational shift – losing someone close to us can trigger this feeling, for example. But these changes also happen spontaneously from time-to-time as a gift of spiritual growth that helps with progression on life path obligations. They can be viewed positively as lessons.

How Can I Raise My Vibration?

There are many ways to raise your vibration, below I will list the top 6 tips and recommendations, based on what has worked for me and those around me:

1. Find your passion and do what you love

When you are passionate about what you do, the vibrational frequency reaches its desired height and becomes easier to maintain a high vibrational state of mind. Find your passion and follow it!

How can I raise my vibration in the morning?

If you would like to raise your vibrational frequency first thing in the morning then try some simple practices: waking up with gratitude, meditating for 15 minutes before starting your day, or even taking five deep breaths as soon as you wake up – this will help lower stress levels and open yourself up energetically so that more positive things come into play throughout the day!

Remember: when we start our days off on a good note by being mindful of how grateful we are, it sets up our minds for the day ahead. It sets us up to be more present and aware of what’s going on around us, which is really important in vibrational shifts as this will help you become less resistant to change.

What does it mean to raise your vibration?

Raising your vibrational frequency means raising how much energy you’re putting out into the world because when we think positive thoughts our vibrational frequency increases – that way we can attract good things! Our vibrations are constantly fluctuating throughout each day, but if we start off with a high vibe then chances are by the end of the day it’ll still be pretty high too!

2. Create a vision board – make it as detailed as possible

You will need to create a vision board for a vibrational shift. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it can just be on your phone or in a notebook – but you need one! Ideally it will be a physical board, as it will be more powerful in its presence. This is important because this will help you clearly see what vibrational frequency you want and also keep yourself accountable for holding that vibration throughout the day. You should write down as many things as possible (you’ll obviously go back through later) so if something pops into your head like “I want more money” then by all means make sure it’s written down!

If we’re not careful about how often our vibrational frequency changes, then there isn’t really any point in raising it at all since everything else around us will change with us too – which is why vibrational shift is important.

The vibrational frequency of the world around us changes all the time – if you’re in a low vibrational state and someone walks by who’s at a higher vibrational level, it can be easy to jump into their energy without realizing it. The same goes for when you walk past someone on your way home from work or college with an angry face; that anger might make its way inside your head before they’ve even said anything.

Consistently being mindful of those shifts will help keep them from happening so easily!

3. Meditate or practice yoga to clear your mind for a few minutes every day

Meditation is an amazing tool to add to your vibrational shifts routine. It can help clear your mind of all the things you’re worrying about, and help you get a fresh perspective on any thoughts that may be dragging you down.

Make sure to take time for yourself every day – even if it’s just five minutes; find what helps make your vibrational shift easier on yourself!

Meditation will keep those vibrational shifts coming more easily as well as helping with anything else in life that could be weighing heavy on your soul.

Yoga has been proven to lower blood pressure so including some time in your daily morning routine for some yoga practice will also be very beneficial.

4. Listen to music that makes you happy and feel good about yourself

Find tunes that vibrate at a higher frequency, you’ll be able to recognize them easily because they will make you feel lighter in spirit as well as lifting the heavy weight of anything else that may have been weighing on your mind or heart.

One such vibrational song is “You’re Beautiful” by James Blunt – it’s sure to put some pep back into your step!

Vibrational Shift is all about:

  • feeling more peaceful inside yourself
  • feeling more positive about things going on around you
  • being better able to live in the moment without feeling like there are constant worries nagging away at the corners of one’s mind

The idea with vibrational shifts is not for people who want an easy way out but for people who are committed to living a more vibrational life.

The best way possible is by doing something every day that makes you feel good about yourself – whether it’s taking the time out of your busy schedule to read a book, or going on an evening walk with friends around town and enjoying some ice cream afterwards.

If there is one thing everyone should do, however, it would be participating in activities they enjoy: things at which they excel and where their talents can shine through. This will not only make them happier but also allow others see what wonderful qualities these individuals have to offer the world as well!

Raising our vibrational levels doesn’t necessarily require us to change anything major in our lives; many times we just need to embrace the positive things we already have.

5. Be mindful of the thoughts in your head, don’t let them control how you feel all the time

Checking on yourself on a daily basis and being aware of the thoughts you’re having, will allow you to monitor your vibrational level and see how it’s affecting the people around you.

Think about what type of things are going on in your life that may be making you feel joyful or positive? Are they happening more often than not lately?

If daydreaming is something that brings joy into your life, this can also be considered a vibrational shift.

It’s so important to spend time with people who make you feel good about yourself and your abilities, as this can really change the way we see ourselves in general.

So if you’re looking for ways to raise your vibration, give some of these tips a try!

Remember that there is always something positive happening in life, even if it’s not immediately apparent

Every day, there are terrible things happening in the World, this is a fact. But within our own little world and circle of friends and family, there are always good things happening.

So don’t focus on the negative, and instead find something positive in your day-to-day life that you can be thankful for.

This will help raise your vibrational frequency!
